Basha uhuru

“The Basha Uhuru Sounds of Freedom music festival for an eclectic and exciting mix of South African music. As part of Constitution Hill’s commitment to strengthening the emergent music  industry, Sound of  Freedom – one of the anticipated on the Johannesburg music festival calendar – will feature a mash up of both established and emerging artists, blazing trails across the music scene”

If I was to be asked to describe this even I would say “The creative uprising bringing designers to the fore”.

This is the ultimate creative gathering that brings artistic beings together to share their creative with other creative’s.

I was part of the creative’s who celebrated 25 years of creative freedom. Great minds gathered together and we shared inspirational talks together with the audience. This is also an entrepreneurial programme for young creative’s

My time at Basha Uhuru was astonishing, 85% of the people who came to my stall appreciated my uncantathu tribal print  at it is unique and not easy to find.

The people or customers rather who come at the workshop are amazing yet supportive. They showed me appreciation and love of uncantathu print, a few described to authentic and peculiar.
